Cancellations & Returns

Orders cancelled before they are shipped will be issued a full refund.

Once an item has been shipped, customers are responsible for shiping charges both ways for all returns. Refunds will not be issued until the item returns to the warehouse

All returns and exchanges must be new, unused, and contain all original packaging and accessories.

All returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%

Shipping Charges & Methods

Free shipping on orders over $100

$8 Shipping charge on orders under $100

Items will typically arrive within 7-14 business days after leaving the warehouse.

Larger and heavier items can only be sent via ground freight.

Oversized items sent via a freight trucking company typically arrive to your curbside within 7 to 14 business days after leaving warehouse

The freight trucking company is not responsible for carrying the item into the building, unloading the package from the truck, or assembling your purchase.

For heavier packages, we strongly recommend you have someone available to assist you.

The delivery company will notify you by phone to schedule a delivery date and time window.

Typically, there will be a four-hour timeframe for the delivery and someone must be home for the item to be delivered.

The total charge does not include inside delivery, removal of cartons, or assembly.

When your order is delivered immediately inspect the carton for any potential damage that may have occurred during shipment.

It is normal for the carton to show some wear; however, if it is clear that damage has occurred, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.

If there is concealed damage upon opening your shipment, you must call us within 10 days of the receipt of delivery. Weber Tables will either replace the damaged parts or have a new table delivered at no expense to you. Any requests for concealed damage after 10 days of the receipt of delivery will be taken, but charges for replacement parts and shipping will be at the expense of the customer.

Shipping Policies

Prices include ground shipping within the continental United States on select products.

For shipping to Hawaii and Alaska contact us for additional charges.

We do not ship to international addresses or post office boxes.

Customer Satisfaction Guarantee*: Upon Receipt, if your order does not meet your satisfaction, it may be returned in its original undamaged condition postmarked within 7 days to Weber Tables for a full refund. The order must be returned in original boxes.

*Returned orders will have the original shipping charge subtracted from refund plus are subject to a 15% restock fee.
